Consular Processing

Consular Processing

This is the process to apply for an immigrant visa when the beneficiary of a petition for permanent residency is outside of the United States. Once USCIS approves the petition for permanent residency, the next step is complete an application for an immigrant visa with the U.S. Department of State and send supporting documents to the National Visa Center. This could become a burdensome process for individuals not familiar with this proceeding. The requirements for supporting documents are very long and very specific and vary depending on the country of origin of the applicant. If you would like to discuss your case please contact us at 561-544-0944 to schedule a consultation.
